RSS IM Feed

Recently Jacob showed me MakeBot from MakeZine.com. It IMs you when there's a post on slashdot, digg or a makezine article. I want to have an IMBot that IMs me whenever there's a entry made to a specific rss/atom feed. So for instance I would get an IM when there was a new entry here
